TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms govern your use of SheetLingo, including local spreadsheet processing, translation, accounts, and paid usage.
View plans →You may use SheetLingo only if you can legally enter into these terms. You are responsible for the files you select, the rights you have to translate them, and reviewing translations before relying on them. SheetLingo supports .xlsx and .csv files as described in the product.
The workbook remains in your browser. Only selected cell text needed for a translation request may be processed transiently by SheetLingo and its configured translation provider. We do not claim ownership of your source files or translation content. See the Privacy Policy for the full data boundary.
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity performed through it. Google sign-in is used to establish your SheetLingo identity. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts using inaccurate information.
Paid plans renew according to the billing cadence shown at checkout. Subscription allowances refresh monthly and unused subscription allowance does not roll over. Extra Packs expire 365 days after fulfillment. Prices, included usage, taxes, and any applicable renewal details are shown before purchase.
Creem acts as the merchant of record for purchases, payment processing, invoicing, tax handling, and related administration. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
The service may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Spreadsheet preservation and translation are designed to protect structure, but you should keep your original file and verify exported results. To the extent permitted by law, SheetLingo is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made solely from an unreviewed translation.
Do not use SheetLingo unlawfully, to infringe another person’s rights, to upload malicious content, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or material breach. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
