THE PRIVACY BOUNDARY
SheetLingo parses and exports spreadsheets locally. Only the selected text needed for a translation batch is processed transiently.

The browser owns the workbook lifecycle from file selection through export.
A translation request contains only bounded selected cell text and opaque cell IDs. The server does not receive the workbook or its structure. Selected text is sent to the configured translation provider only to return the requested translation, and is not stored by SheetLingo.
When you choose Sign in with Google, SheetLingo receives your Google account subject identifier, verified email address, name, and profile image when available. We use this information to create and maintain your SheetLingo account and session. SheetLingo requests only the openid, email, and profile scopes; it does not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, Sheets, or other files.
Creem processes checkout, subscription, payment, tax, invoice, refund, and related fraud-prevention information as the merchant of record. SheetLingo stores account, subscription, order references, and aggregate usage needed to provide the service; it does not store full payment-card details. Google, Creem, the translation provider, hosting, database, and analytics providers may process limited information as needed for their respective services.
SheetLingo uses essential cookies for OAuth state and signed sessions. Product analytics is limited to whitelisted, coarse events and does not use autocapture, session replay, or workbook content. Account, billing, and aggregate usage records are retained while needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Local workbook checkpoints remain in your browser until you remove them or the browser clears them.
You may stop using the service, clear local browser data, or contact hello@35mix.com to request account-data access or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or payment-dispute purposes. You can also revoke SheetLingo’s Google consent from your Google Account settings.
We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL. Last updated: August 31, 2026.
