Privacy requests

Use the same address for account-data access, correction, deletion, or questions about Google sign-in and data processing. We may need to verify account ownership before fulfilling a request.

Billing requests

For cancellation, duplicate charges, refunds, or payment failures, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy first. Creem handles payment processing and merchant-of-record administration, while SheetLingo helps with product access and account context.
