Which files are supported?
The V1 product supports .xlsx and .csv files. PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSM, JSON, and other formats are outside the initial product boundary.

Will formulas and prices change?
Formulas, numbers, dates, prices, URLs, emails, identifiers, and SKU-like values are excluded from translation. XLSX export preserves workbook structure through format-specific paths.

Can I translate several languages?
Yes. Select one or more target languages. Each completed language produces its own local output, and multiple outputs are packaged into a ZIP.

Does SheetLingo upload my workbook?
No. The workbook is parsed in the browser. Only selected cell text is sent transiently to the translation service; workbook bytes and metadata are not sent.

Can I connect Shopify or Amazon directly?
Not in V1. Export the relevant spreadsheet or CSV from the platform, translate it locally, review it, and import it back yourself. Direct integrations require separate format and workflow validation.
